Conseguir el ajuste adecuado

Ceñido en todo el cuerpo, pero sin limitar tus movimientos. Debes sentir que el neopreno se adapta a tu cuerpo sin presionar los hombros ni comprimir el pecho hasta dificultar la respiración. Si no puedes respirar profundamente fuera del agua, prueba una talla más. Si sobra material en hombros o pecho, prueba una talla menos. Las bolsas de aire en la zona lumbar suelen indicar que necesitas un neopreno más largo, como una talla MT (Medium Tall), no una talla más pequeña.

Si estás entre dos tallas

Elige la talla más pequeña si vas a competir: un ajuste más ceñido permite aprovechar mejor la flotabilidad del neopreno y reduce la entrada de agua. Elige la talla más grande si priorizas la comodidad en sesiones largas de aguas abiertas o entrenamientos en los que vas a llevar el neopreno durante más tiempo.

Cómo ponértelo

Tómate tu tiempo, especialmente las primeras veces. Abre completamente la cremallera y dobla hacia abajo la parte superior del neopreno, dejando la cremallera en la espalda. Empieza por los tobillos y ve subiendo el neopreno poco a poco por las piernas, ajustándolo por secciones, sin tirar desde arriba.

Elimina las bolsas de aire a medida que avanzas, especialmente en la parte inferior de las piernas y la entrepierna, antes de subir el neopreno sobre el torso. Estirar los brazos hacia arriba ayuda a colocar correctamente las mangas. Utiliza siempre las yemas de los dedos, nunca las uñas.

El forro Silk-X facilita el proceso, pero ponerse un neopreno requiere algo de paciencia las primeras veces. Con el uso, se irá adaptando y resultará más fácil de poner.

Vanquish Wetsuit

"this wetsuit is a direct replacement for my previous Vanquish. The limited edition comes with a few extras such as goggles, swim hat and a rucksack (which was unexopected and is of good quality). To the wetsuit - Ive only tried it on so far: the legs are a good fit but the thin arm materila is tight to the skin and extreme care must be taken to pull the sleeves up without putting your fingers through. Definetiley cut your nails or wear gloves the first few tiomes putting on until the arms stretch a litte."

Great wetsuit, can’t wait to race in it

"A wetsuit which doesn’t compromise speed or mobility. Having swam in so many restrictive wetsuits, there was none into the shoulders here which gave it the natural swim feel. Easy to take off in transition and would recommended for OW swimming and triathlon."

Unrestricted arm freedom

"After 3 outings I can safely say that the shoulder range and arm freedom this suit offers is fantastic. The super thin fabric & neoprene offers a snug supportive fit without compromising on movement. I get much better catch feedback because of this and can swim much more freely. My swimming feels effortless and I'm not fighting the suit or having to modify my stoke, it's as close to 'skins' swimming I have felt in a wetsuit. The leg panels offer a lot of buoyancy - slightly more than my 2023 Aspire. This felt odd on the first swim but now its fine. The body panels offer good support and body position in the water. The cuffs are designed for easy removal which works well although be careful not to catch your watch in the thinner fabric. I love swimming in my Vanquish however to keep it in good condition I always take my time and use gloves to put it on - user error could easily damage the suit esp with the thinner arm construction. I've not yet raced in it but I will in a few weeks and look forwards to seeing the results. I advise checking the Vanquish specific size guide before purchasing as the sizing is slightly different to other Zone3 wetsuits. Eg: My Aspire is a Large but I needed my Vanquish in XL and I'm pleased I sized up!"

i am 76 kg ,175 cm staying at india , which size of wet siut fit me ? also advice hear temp is average 35degree Celsius: In order to best advise on sizing, please provide your full measurements (height, weight and chest measurements) to hello@zone3.com. Please also confirm if looking at men's or women's suits. Generally wetsuits would be suitable for between 14 and 20 degrees water temperature, but it all depends on the individual as to how they experience the water temperature.
How fragile is this new vanquish (i own the old one)?: Both Vanquish suits are made by the same manufacturer so will be closely comparable to one another in terms of neoprene thickness etc, but with some updated features for the newer version.
